Account sold (for 225m) by makkaroni recovered with 800m wealth on it

Explanation of the trade: I purchased an account for 225m osrs approxametely 3 months ago and have been playing on it ever since

@Beast MM’d the account sale (this is relevant as I use his MM post to help verify that the discord user in question belongs to macaroni)

How they scammed: Account was recovered recently. This is a bit convoluted of a story and spans a decent amount of time. I had no problems with the account until 6/1 ( I purchased account 3/23) when I began receiving password change requests to the currently registered email, and it was then recovered through an appeal and set back to the registered email that it was on before I purchased the account. I messaged macaroni about this recovery, and he stated that he once gave the account to a friend. I did NOT have knowledge that multiple people had had access to this account or that he was not the OO, as he did not state this when selling it. There was no TOS or statement that all the owners of the account were aware of and okay with the sale of the account. It was absolutely a recovery through appeal and not a hack as I had 2fa on the account and my registered email, and I received emails for jagex official with the account name stating that an appeal had been submitted. Macaroni then stated the account had been shared with 2 people. Makkaroni helped me recover the account and stated the OO who recovered was now made aware of the account sale and would not recover the account again. But then it was repeatedly locked by Jagex and eventually recovered again. Makkaroni had stated the he reset the password to the original registered email upon the first recovery situation, but then he stated the password to the original registered email had been changed by someone else and he no longer had access, meaning he may also not be the OO of the registered email and did not know the recovery questions and didn’t have 2fa on it. So, he now has no ability to recover the account and I can see it logging in and being played, supposedly by the other owner. If this is true and it was the other owner, I still feel makkaroni is liable because he sold it to me without including any of this information about another owner, and clearly didn’t make the other account owner aware that the account was being sold. I also believe there is a chance he is simply lying and recovered the account himself and is being very slippery.

The entire time following the first recovery macaroni often waited 12-24 hours to even reply to any of my messages and was really delaying and acting as if it was no big deal. I have asked if he has another account, I can have but he said no, and I notified him I would have to make a post here. I want to work this out so he can make it right, regardless of the reality of the situation.

Tldr; Account recovered, supposedly by original owner that is not seller, whom I was never made aware of. Seller is unable to/refuses to recover account.

All this information is corroborated by the screenshots I will include, which are a total history of our messages on discord, and also include his discord UID, and a PM confirming this discord is linked to his sythe.

Amount scammed: 1b (225m acc plus nearly 800m acc wealth) a screenshot of the acc wealth is included, it is a screenshot done by runlite’s boss completion screenshot function on the last chamber of xeric completion I did before the account was recovered the final time
