@Mootrucks can you restore my account status please? The order has been refunded.

 

Refund isn't sufficient for the account that was lost.

 

Did he not refund you the amount you paid? Or

Also why are you unable to recover accounts you're selling?

 

@Moontrucks I refunded his order in full. He leveled up the account before selling it and thinks I should refund more. The accounts we sell come without ever having an email attached, and the first password is the password given to the buyer.

There's an email attached to the account which is probably chop stix's or whotookdeeznuts'.

 

Are you the original owner of the accounts you sell? When recovering it should recognize the similar ip/location

 

We are, but selling thousands of accounts we can't use a single IP. We record the creation IP which was used in our recovery attempt and could be given to whotookdeeznuts to make one as well. I've now sent him another $25 which puts me at a $45 total refund given which is more than the 40M he sold it at so there's no reason he should claim it's not enough now.

 

@Mootrucks now may you restore my account? I can't send PM's currently making this situation harder to deal with.
