Account RWT Unban?

I let a friend use one of my accounts while I was away on vacation to stake, so absolutely no logins from my IP for a solid week, on any accounts.

While gone the account was perm banned for RWT, he's not the type to actually RWT and probably not even smart enough to do it, he told me he transferred about 700m over to his account when done throughout the week.

I know back in the day there used to be account unban services where someone would type up an email to Jagex support, things have improved a lot with twitter but I got a response from a few people on twitter saying they don't really handle RWT as they would if you were banned for botting.

Basically all in all, is this account gone forever or is there something else I can do or pay someone to do to get it back.

Unfortunately, they don't even look at RWT. I was just hoping there was still a way to email support or get in contact with an actual person besides social media
