Account Recovery?

If you didn't know, I got keylogged a month ago.
I had reformatted my computer 2 weeks ago. Ever since, it got keylogged, I have been trying to recover the account, I have tried forgotten and stolen password recoveries. The account has been mine for 3 years, and I have recovered it numerous times before and it has always worked. I use the same 3 passwords on the account, as they are my master runescape passwords that I switch between. Everytime I try to recover it it always says my previous passwords are wrong, but today, I tried to recover it as a stolen and this was what it showed..



What do I do? It just denies me even though the info is correct.
I am submitting the recovery from the same IP I always play on.

 

Well if it was over 2 weeks ago then the recoveries have most likely been changed, along with email...

 

Also, this is weird. The same thing happened to me about a week ago. Ive been playing on the account for about 4 years now. It got hacked and then locked and i keep getting that same message even though everything is correct:/ Gf

 

Did you ever get your account back? And it was part of the powerbot hack. I thought if I tried to recover the account it would say the new recovery questions? They changed the name on the account, and botted hunter and its not members anymore.

 

Nope, yet to get it back...

 

Be sure to apply as much info in the other section as possible. Tell them every password you can remember, what bank pin you had, anything

 

u can call them and ask to be transferred, their number is in the parent guide section

 

A bot reads it, there is no point.

Really doubt that would actually work.

This has happened to me as well two-three weeks ago. However, I bought my acc from a close mate 3-4 years ago and the account was made a year ago since I bought it. Now since Free Trade has returned, he has hacked it back causing me to lose well over 1.5B. I've attempted to recover it but Jagex are bloody assholes who can't do any shit right. So they denied it saying I need earlier previous passwords. I've sent over 20 appeals...

 

Same shit happened to me, i provided all right 3 passwords zip code, used email that was currentley registered,Used a transaction ID from sept 2007, year and month created and other info. Denied wTF lol

 

are you the original owner?
if not: you can't get it back.

 

I had the exact same problem last week, first two appeals were denied and then on the third I gave info about what I last did on rs and where I logged out and shit in other details box and it got accepted

If all fails email [email protected] they give a response from human not machine
