Im not able to recover the account and even if I could I wont put myself in risk for it :/
How can I take this "non market user" thing?

 

The account was successfully recovered by @ZippyGFX however it is permanently banned for being moved around a lot between owners (continually changing hands)

@ZippyGFX was the account sold by you only once to @dsppb ?

I spoke with Azie about this report, and I think the one held responsible in this case should be dsppb and not ZippyGFX. It is clear that they have been the one recovering the account over and over again, and Zippy tried his best to get it back. The OO shouldn't be held responsible for a secondary owner repeatedly buying and selling the account; however, in the future @ZippyGFX @Mootrucks @seboservice please post a scam report when a scam happens so that people know not to trade users like dsppb.

 

If I was the person to get scammed or if I noticed the guy was still selling the account after quicksniper told me the account got recovered I would of reported the guy however I don't think I should be the one to make a report just because someone reports to me that an account in an account trade that I MMed, the buyer should do that and I do encourage the buyer to do that 100% of the time.

I also have believe @dsppb should be held liable for this case. The amount that @dsppb will need to refund is [Will confirm with @Hahanerd]. I am changing his ban from a temporary to permanent.

I have been told that there have been cases where accounts have been recovered with just the original email address.
