Account recovery via e-mail

Is this no longer instant?
I used to get a link sent to my e-mail, I would follow the link and could instantly change my password.

Now I simply get a link to a recover form I need to fill in and send in.

huh thats weird, maybe they changed it again because it worked for me a few days ago
