Account Recovery v15 Ft: RobbR

Banned. @RobbR post a dispute if you're able to return the account to Hattez or refund him.

 

@Time To Buy and others, @RobbR has just refunded me 220m @ 1.15/m via PP. I've received $253.00. Now you guys must decide if he's liable for the gold on the account. I will simply stand by the facts of the case.

I've provided screen shots of every step. I've documented it and only made one mistake by not including the time stamp on the bank. My apologies but this shoudlnt keep me from receiving a full refund.

* Account purchase and MM screenies provided
* Account being locked (I was actually online when it was dc'd. That's how I got the account locked screenie before it was recovered.)
* Account email removed and manually recovered

*-Ratgold claims to be the OO but is unable to recover it. If he was able to we would see the gold/Items in the bank. I had a pin but that ship has already done sailed. Enough time has passed for anything and everything to be emptied. Now it's my belief I'm owed the 318m I've proved was on the account. Everything I've stated has been proven to be correct. I've provided all the necessary information while Ratgold has been unable to even prove he's OO. I believe I'm due to be refunded the 318m as per the screen shot.

 

I would also say giving him back DNT will allow him to provide his side of the story.

 

I can confirm that I've refunded him for the account and I'm happy that me and Hattez are kind of good now, because TRULY I didn't do any of the recovering or scamming. I actually have a business that I need to run and my website is almost ready too... I truly DO NOT GET how the account could've been recovered, but I know for a fact that from now on I'm NEVER going to sell another account EVER AGAIN, because I barely have any experience with them as you can see. I still think it would be unfair to ask me for the 318m, because if you read my side of the story I think we're both to be blamed a little. I've atleast refunded him the money he paid for the account, but for the rest... Another 350$ would be too much of a hit for me, because in my heart I know I haven't done these things. If needed, I can provide ANY information to mods, access to my computer, EVERYTHING. I can also show my PayPal, Skrill, BTC transactions if that would be any help. ANYTHING. This is just my opinion and you have to release your final opinion moderators/administrators, thank you for your time

 

I'm the true victim here. You have been unable to recover an account you claim to be the creator of. I've provided all the correct and necessary information. If he didnt recover that only leads one plausible conclusion, he wasnt the OO. If that's the case than there's no reason why I shoudlnt be refunded.

 

I am the OO, I even stated from the get go that I DO NOT HAVE THE RECOVERIES ANYMORE, I've been denied twice by Jagex while recovering. I can post proof if need be. And secondly you do not have any time stamps, that MEANS ALOT. You could've lost the money staking as you just told me You're a staker on Skype. You NEVER know.

 

I was legit tho, If I were a scammer I would've just ran off, but I'm not and I feel I'm responsible for even selling the account in the first place, that's why I paid you the money - I'm legit and I want to continue my business on this website and elsewhere.

 

Im willing to work out a deal, but if you're unwilling to accept any blame for the 318m on the account. I'll just move forward with wanting the full refund. @video @Time To Buy @Yankiee @Sythe @Shin @Killswitch

Let's see what the mods decide, because I feel like I've done all that must be done. It comes down to their decision from now on.

 

I've mentioned this to staff to see if I can get a collection of opinions on the situation.

The screenshot you've provided has no sort of time stamp to prove where the wealth was before its lock. Because the wealth could have been transferred off the account at any time, we can't hold hold RobbR liable for that reimbursement. He has already refunded you for the account itself so I'm going to close this report. If you have any other proof regarding the wealth on the account, feel free to PM a member of staff and/or make a new report.
