Account Recovery 2FA

Hello, was just hoping I could get my account recovered.

I don't have 2FA on my phone anymore due to an upgrade.
My IP should be the same as usual. I've not logged in else where.
If you're reading this Dave, I'm not even sure if I have a recovery code.
I've tried to hit you up on Skype but I understand people are busy.
