dont have prove of payment but since vouches were exchanged iam sure you can assume i payed him
prove for contacting seller : first of all here is the PM he sent me in the forums

secondly this is to prove that the chat i will show is his email
now its a boring convo bettwen me and him
if this isnt enouf prove i can take scren shots of some messages via PM here but basicly my point is made
