1. My account received a 2-day ban for notting a while back, how badly will this affect the value of the account?

2. How much do 99 hunter accounts go for?

The botting offense will either a) drastically reduce the price if the account design is meant to gold farm.
b) not reduce much if the account will be played legit for the rest of it's life.
