ive reset my laptop but they instantly redownload

hey so ive tried to figure out how to secure my laptop with no avail done a usb reset that supposedly resets it completely but as i finish the reset and no matter what ive tried the second i connect to internet a ton of files auto download was hoping to see if someone out there could kinda at least point me in the right direction

 

Have you tried installing an Anti-Virus program? Norton is pretty good.

 

i had it on my phone and laptop but i think it was to late at the time to be of use my phone had it and it woulld always have setting turned off when i made sure to turn them all on im probably gonna have to get a new phhone cause my current one is puk locked and my laptop i did a flash reset

 

I would see if you can install it when you connect to the internet. It’s actually pretty cheap on Amazon. You can get it for under $50.

a whole bunch of different ones and it basically makes my auto connect to every wifi and makes some files and folders undeletable

 

Yeah I don't think you completely reset your device. You should look up your device specifically and see how to properly reset it.

 

i did a flash usb reset even had to install windows again

 

Do a factory reset

 

New hdd or sdd
