BlowingGanja Banned for Threatening DOX

I got banned for threatening to DOX someone that clearly hacked my account, I had solid evidence and my thread was closed.

The threats were over Skype therefore shouldn't even count for anything as I could of easily blocked it out. I feel this was unfair and I would like to see him perm banned if that's the case, here's MORE PROOF of him scamming me.
If you don't ban him he'll scam someone else EXACTLY how he scammed me.

Is the thread, not once on the forums I said I'd dox him, only on the Skype conversation.

Clearly shows him denying a trade, but if we didn't do a trade why would he vouch for the MM we both used during the trade and change all the Skype logs to "penis".

I feel as if I am wrongly banned because I was getting back at him for scamming me, and it wasn't over Sythe, it was over Skype.
