Maxed combat melee

What would be the best way to get 1-99 MELEE combat stats starting from 1/1/1? Not looking to spend 80m on prayer potions either.

I'm guessing NMZ would be the answer, but what exactly?

 

1-50 at rock crabs, 50-70 at flesh crawlers, 70-99 at nmz.

 

I would do waterfall quest then start out training at alkharid warriors to 60/60/X. From there go to NMZ, you'll need an initial investment for prayer pots until you can sustain yourself with enough points to buy overloads and absorptions. At 70/70/70 switch to Dharoking with a rock cake.

 

If we're not using prayer potions it's absorb potions.

Full Dharoks, brought down to 1hp via Rock cake.
Drink Absorb potions and flick "rapid heal" prayer every ~30 seconds.
You stay at 1hp and you only lose 1 'absorb' point every damage you take, meaning you can stay there for a long time.

 

Can you drink like a full invo of absorb pots at the same time?

I'd do waterfall quest prior to training at rock crabs though, gets you 30/30/1. Then rock crabs till 50/50/50 then fleshies till 70/70/70, dh till maxed.

 

You can pot up to 1000 points of damage max, which is 5 pots I believe.

 

Each dose gives 50 absorb to a maximum of 1000 points absorbed, therefore 5 full absorb potions to give you maximum, this does not mean you can completely afk however as you still need to flick rapid heal.

 

Aswell as use overloads before guzzling the rock cake. Every 50 seconds or so you have to double click rapid heal. You can easily afk and watch netflix or play on another account while doing it.

 

If I'm at 1 hp, can I still use overloads?

 

No, you need to be at 51+ hp to overload, and can rockcake down to 1hp from there. When it wears off it heals you for 50 hp so you can just use another one straight away.
