account locked W T F

my rs account was locked cuz they think somebody knows my pass. i dont got any of the old pins so they keep denying my request... wtf do i do?!

 

Give them as much information as you can to them, preferably via the Jagex email.

First passwords, last time you were logged in, recovery questions etc.

to unlock an account u have to give as much info as possible, all old pas u know, all recov answer, the place and date you created account, where it was used and on which internet conection and also membre info (mail used, paypal used, creditcard numbre used, give what can can provide).

 

same problem. with my main. probably cause i bought of sythe = /.
maybe jagex has made a breakthrough in r.w trading after all.
ive given every little bit of info i could and it got rejected.
i friend of mine had the same problem. he told them his father was in the u.s military and he had to move between countries and states and got new i.p's all the time. worked for him. im currently trying that.
goodluck. its worth a try saying ur fathers a miner or something and you have to move all the time.
