Account Locked Out

My MSN was hijacked, [email protected] and i cleared my firefox passwords and i forgot my sythe pass, can someone reset itfor me, i added [email protected] but it appears they havent been online for a while and i doubt they would get back to me...can someone reset my email/pass?
