Yep it's gone, they said it won't be unlocked, doesn't matter what Informations I give about the account.

Sucks man. You should take consideration in making a new account on OSRS rather than RS3 this time around haha.

i think theres a reason behind it all because just for "selling the account" they wldnt lock it forever.

I got the same email (different wording) when trying to recover my account that was permed for macroing (near comp cape).

That was over 1 yr ago, macroing charge still isnt squashed.

got the same e-mail months ago when i tried to contact them to get my main unbanned, i pretty sure there both done
