Account has been compromised + banned.

Hello, I was asked to make a new thread here.
(coming from My Account "Arsbi" is banned? )

Basically I've been hacked.

Here is a Screenshot of my PC being free of any Virus:

My Account's name is "Arsbi"
It doesn't seem to be linked to my email address [redacted]
This one is linked to it now, but I'd rather have my original Account back and linked to my [redacted] address.
I am typing from home with my IP address, it can only be me.
I live in [redacted] and have lived here in this appartment for more than 7 years, my Sythe Account shouldn't even be that old.
How exactly do I get it back now?
