Account hacked and used for scamming

Hi all My account was hacked via a "rat" and used to supply the hacker with his own 2009 sythe account named "Women" this account was trusted and I closed my thread for dungeoneering, Fire cape services, the guy who hacked me was called "stevenc" I used HxD on his server got his email and emailed him he replied in these exact words:
"lol@you thanks for the spreading of my server "
I wasnt my account back as I am interested in buying and selling accounts, also VERY interested in middleman'ing transactions, starting off small and leading to medium sized trades, leaving the big transactions to the REALLY trusted guys, Hopefully can get my account back or let me create a new account. also I have emails from him including a print screen of his "RAT" not being picked up from my antivirus until a few weeks later, apparently this is called "crypting" Hopefully can get my account back would be very helpfull even if you reset my post count etc. I do not mind

You will have to pay back everyone who was scammed and provide proof. Also, you will have to provide proof that your computer is secure now as well.
