After BRAD getting the account back and giving me the password I try to log in to only find that it is banned for account trading.

I trained Runelives accounts for a month or so, he paid me 170m to get those stats. Now it seems the account was recovered and now banned. Not sure if that matters but I was asked to post on here.

 

If the account was banned for account trading, then they shouldn't be held responsible. Once the trade is done, bans are your responsibility unless straw said he'd cover them indefinitely (which I doubt he would). Most likely, the recoveries from across the world tipped Jagex off that the account was being traded. Sorry for your loss though =(

I can agree with TTB's point. Considering the multiple recovery attempts in such quick succession from different parts of the globe, it's safe to say that's what flagged the account to Jagex. After a quick review, it was probably obvious the account had been traded more than once. No refund is necessary.
