    Yeah its right here in the RS General rules ;)

    The reason for this is because what happens in 99.9% of the cases here, is that people recover the accounts shortly after "giving them away", which results in the idiots who put all their wealth on the account after recieving it being scammed. You can give away GP though, I've seen quite a few legit gold giveaways on here and have even won before!
