Account Creation Problem

I am currently trying to create a new account, as I would like a fresh start and don't like the name "Pylon"

I have been told that the old account needs to be banned, which I was planning to do after creation, but I guess it will need to be done before I can start over. Once again the old account is "Pylon"

Please note that it is very important to read stickied threads on sythe.org. That should be the first thing you do when you enter any section
