"Account Clearing"

I heard someone on a different forum saying how he got his account details cleared or something, so that people who knew the original details to his account could no longer recover it.

How exactly does that work? I'm in fear that someone knows the original details to my account, and I'm constantly in a recovery war with the person to get it back.

Anyone with experience with this, if they could shade some light on this, and maybe point me in the right direction on how to make this happen for me, is greatly appreciated.

 

I have never heard of this. If there is no info, Jagex bases it on IP on account creation. Thus if your in the same country/city as the account was created you'd have priority over lets say someone from britain.

 

Only works if you are indeed the original owner. If you arent they can tell no matter what and will lock your account to where only the original owner can recover it.

If you get it cleared only you can recover it

 

Runecrafting, how exactly would you go about doing this? I have never heard about this. My best guess would be to email them but i've never heard of anyone doing it.. are you sure this exists? because if it does that was be amazing.

I am the original owner, but how after that, would only I be able to recover it? Do I get to set new info for recovering it or someshit?

 

No it happened to me before. I bought a guys pure for 90$ made it a maxed 30 def turmoil pure with chaotic maul i had all info to successfully recover it and he recovered one day and did account cleaning and now i cant get it back. Although he says he can still recover with the same info. Also happened to a few other people i know

 

That doesn't mean he necessarily got his account "cleared". Perhaps when he recovered it became locked, then him being the original owner unlocked it and now since you were the opposing side can not recover it anymore. Unless you know someone who actually had a process of clearing an account through jagex and there is a way to do it?

 

Don't use if you're not the original owner.

 

I am the original owner of the account. Has no one done this before??
