Account Banned (Vase)

A report was made against me for scamming however, a refund was given to him on the 2nd of December. There was no scam at all. Had issues with the Gamertag I was selling and offered a full refund or another Gamertag in return. He continuously threatened me with his "uncle" who is apparently a lawyer. After trying to sort out the issue with no success I blocked him and issued a full refund.

whats happening? He obviously isn't going to reply because he knows he was refunded. I'm banned for no reason and whilst I'm banned my shops reputation is being ruined. How long until this is resolved?

can you provide proof that that paypal account is his at least? like the screenshot of your chat with him showing that's him you're paying

 

Unfortunately I can't because we spoke on Kik and I have 2 Kik accounts that I used and once you log out all your conversations are lost.
