I have seen someone appeal with offensive words and it got accepted. I bet they don't check mute appeals.

Funny if it's real. Jagex fails at appeals. One of my friends got a 2 day mute a few weeks ago and it's still pending lol. It's too late anyway, so I guess they're too lazy to do anything about it now.
