People always like skillers. Not sure about a miner, unless you want to sell it low.

umm 60 mining imo is too low, get it 85 for rune mining

Miners are the most commonly sold skillers anyway, and I don't think you'd get much for 60 mining. That's like a day of botting in f2p.

I suggest you get 85 mining and bot runites until you have nice pile of cash, then sell.
