@ludde110 unless you have proof of you explicitly mentioning your recovery responsibility in your ToS, you have recovery responsibility forever by default.

All your screenshots prove is that @nolleH asked you to prepare the account, and to have the email. nolleH said he will PM UTC, and it seems so did you, but UTC rejected your request. There is no chats you've provided that record nolleH's approval or acceptance that you do not have the recovery information.

Therefore, I will give you 24 hours to settle this or else to prove you set terms of service to shirk liability for recovery. If there is no proof or no repayment, @ludde110 will receive a ban until he repays @nolleH for the recovered account. If he does not repay, then it will be considered a scam, the ban will expire in 3 months for scamming, and this will be added to his record via permanent DNT should he ever attempt to request a pardon.

It's good to know it's still in your possession. I will finish reviewing the information. Being that it's in your possession I will lift the temporary DNT @ludde110 received.

I have received information from both of you that makes it unclear that a recovery attempt actually happened. It seems more likely that when you changed the RSN and then subjected the account to skilling (which introduces foreign IPs to the account logs), it was flagged for suspicious activity and locked.

I will report if any additional information is pertinent to this report.

I dont think its uncommon for people to assume the worst when experiencing problems with a bought account. I simply think nolleh overreacted, but that we have squeard it now makes me happy. Im looking forward to working further on sythe.

Resolved. The account was returned. Additionally the account was not provably recovered and was more likely to have been locked for suspicious activity such as RSN change, email change, and multiple IP logs. Therefore no punishment will remain on @ludde110's account.
