It's called deflation, everyone knew this was gonna happen with the return of FT. Also, people are selling all their stuff right now to buy supplies for the bonus xp weekend. I seriously doubt whips will even go above 2m anytime soon, let alone 3m.

The quote above did make me realize something I hadn't before being that abby demons now drop infernal ashes. They are a consistent money make plus you get the occasional whip benefit. The free trade pking responses also fit the issue.
