About Unregistered Emails

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can shed some light in this issue
Sorry if this question was already asked, if anyone can give me the link to the thread that'd be great if there was one.

I was looking up buying osrs accounts with unregistered emails.

If I buy this, can the original account creator (but he did not register an email) can still recover the account even though my email was the first original email that was used in the account.

In your opinion, can the original account creator can recover the account anytime he wants (2 months, or even 1 year after) since he created the account in his IP.

Yes, the person that made the account can recover it at any point they want even if its been years since the account was made. It doesn't matter if there was an email or not as the creator will have plenty of information to help their recovery that you won't be able to give, such as where they were when the account was created & any old display names.

If you want an account to be completely safe from recoveries, the only way to do that is to create the account yourself.
