Buying/selling vouches is already against the rules, and threads will be closed as they are seen. For example, that char thread.

However, I think most people use the titles "MM'ing for vouches" and "Training for vouches" more figuratively - as in, they are offering a free service to gain reputation. When it comes down to it, no one can really force a vouch. I used to instruct traders to post to verify the trades I MM'ed in my thread, to give my records credibility - probably a bit less than half actually could be bothered to.

But, if anyone ever says, "if I do this, you have to vouch," send me a screenshot and I'll deal with it.

1)We could have them show proof. Like in an MM Application:
    Code:
    Vouch #1:
    image 1:
    proof 1:
    user proof 1:
    ^^But in that format^^

The point would be because not all vouches are created equal:)
Would you trust me more if I had proof of 50 vouches for MM, or 100 vouches for giving away accounts?

I never said they were equal. Basically what you are saying is, If I never traded the person, I can't vouch.

lol i think that vouches for selling names doesnt count, why would you give a vouch? only because he sold you a lvl 3 name (probebly a crappy name) with all stats 1 wich he made in 2 minutes? and asking 10-50 k for it??:S, thats the same as i give you 50 k you give me a vouch right.....

i think it should only count if it was a MM trade, or a Quest like monkey madness (only a example)

Yes buying vouches really is becoming a serious problem.
However, limiting WHO can vouch by i.e. join date or post count is even worse.
I currently have over 160 vouches, and about half of them is by leechers who made a sythe account just to vouch for me after a successful trade.

However, the ease at which some people hand out their vouch is quite shocking.
You should NEVER vouch for someone unless you've had some exceptional experience with them. An especially smooth trade for example, or knowing from experience the person is trusted.

Limiting WHO can vouch won't make a difference, however making it highly illegal to buy/trade vouches should. Putting vouches in your signature should be banned aswell, as in 50% of the cases these users didn't even earn the vouch themselves. As a matter of fact claiming your "trusted" or have done trades/have vouches you can't back up should be illegal in general.

Vouches are the new post count; they're still given out too easily. People just have to learn that it's not how many you have; it's who they're from.

Have a Vouch forum! Like an MM application, but like a 'Masterfaizy Vouches' it should say why,and proof.

Vouches are for the black market, having another forum is stupid. Read my post above. If you need proof for vouches, it completely ruins the point. It is fine the way it is. If you see anyone selling or buying vouches, post the topic link in the spammer forum and a mod will handle it.
