    Will the powerbot bots work as well as they do now, in EOC?

    They will be a down after EOC comes.
    No one knows for how long or how well they will work once they are up again.

    My guess is yes they will work. The bots will have to be more advanced like all WOW bots. Shouldn't be too hard to replicate.

    About *BOTS* in EOC

    "Make X" for Herblore along with the 1-click ability will definitely make Mining and Herblore cake to script for. Not to mention the fact that Powerbot is a business now, almost positive they'll recover within a reasonable time span aside from their combat based scripts. Until then, RID should be working efficiently as he's already made modifications.

    No, this isn't messing with any of the internals (atleast that we are aware of), so the only difference will be combat, a few widgets and other things, mainly it'll be a hassle for non combat scripts as we'll have to re-write some/most of it. And combat scripts will have to rewrite quite a bit of it (not sure if they'll be using momentum or actually using abilities)

    Combat without abilities is like using a bronze longsword in the live game. It's 500 times faster if you use abilities efficiently, so I'm sure the scripters will quickly get it figured out.

    Hahaha lol'd at that analogy. But true, it's nothing they aren't capable of. If anything, I think this is good for powerbot from a business perspective - it would produce more opportunities for bots should they have the time to develop. As for adapting existing bots, it's (hopefully) just script fixes. We haven't heard anything about a simultaneous bot nuke, hoping it stays like that :D

    It will mess up combat scripts obviously but perhaps not non-combat scripts. apart from of course the update which will take a day/2 to overcome but that's normal. :)

    According to a scripter on Powerbot, the only thing they'll have to do is incorporate widgets now.
