About account lock for runescape

I have a question.

So I bought an account and the runescape account i bought got locked because jagex thinks the account got stolen.

I got recovery information about the account and it keeps getting denied.

What should I do? I'ts nearly an maxed account and I'm in a desperate need for help

 

First of all, I think you're posting this in the wrong section bro.

Second, the original owner might be trying to recover the account because I don't think jagex locks an account for logging in on a different ip. og owner will be able to recover it at all times...This is a big risk when buying osrs accounts, that they're never safe so next time you should buy it from someone you trust.

 

If you bought via paypal, i would recommend disputing it.

 

the thing is, i bought it off a website that is trusted and have been doing this for years. Not sure if I should share the name of the company but this is absurd. I asked the company if they could they to recover back the account but they keep telling me they cant and need to ask the original seller for it?

 

Tell them that if they cant help, you will be disputing. That is horrible customer service there. Dont lose your money.

 

If you paid through paypal, you can get your moneyback throught chargeback. This happen to me back in 2015, when I bought an account from PA. Good luck man.

 

From where or which site u bought it from ? Send the seller a message ask him to help you to unlock the account.

Second option if u paid through PP and u think u got scammed ask for money back.
