Hello lemme explain the situation,

I was kinda looking for some extra money since i have a new house that im investing in atm, A good friend off mine told me about sythe and that there are trusted persons who buy/sell accounts so i gave it a try. Went searching and found out about Abch1 discord so before making an account on here i straight added him on discord. We talked a bit and sold him 2 accounts for $700 afterwards after i received the funds i wanted tho do another deal and everything went wrong

confirms $800 paysout $700 even he knew he was wrong he still didnt pay the full amount. I let it go because i though he was going to buy more accounts so didnt wanna be greedy for a $100 : imgur.com

Telling me one account is recovered witch is not true either he transfered it tho jagex because it cant be found when i try to do a recovery request. Its well known if an accounts gets recovered or an recovery attempt has been done u will either way receive a message from jagex meaning password restructions or if its transfered to jagex there will pop up a message its transferred both of those questions he didnt answer me well on: imgur.com

At the end he told me hes holding accounts for 30days witch we didnt agreed on as u can see we agreed on $250 within 24hours and $1250 within 72 hours. I hope this person will refund me my accounts back and ill be good, ill take the loss on the 2277 if needed cause clearly its transfered to jagex since it doesnt pop up anymore. So yeh why would i even recover the account if i didnt received my funds ?? it makes no sense anyways i hope he will sort this with me or getting him banned.

- I admit: I made a mistake by buying hacked accounts.
- I never hacked any account myself.

My Position
- I admit I was wrong to buy hacked accounts.
- But I never hacked myself.
- I never scammed anyone — I already paid $700.
- My condition was always: after 1 month, I’d return accounts if safe.
- FBG broke this himself by recovering and locking accounts.

Appeal to Staff
I know I made a mistake, and I regret dealing with a hacker. But please see the difference:

- The real scammer/hacker is FBG: admitted hacking, kept access, threatened me, and even reported to Jagex.
- I was wrong to buy hacked accounts, but I never scammed him. - I acted in good faith and only stopped because he was still recovering.

I value my Sythe reputation. I promise never to deal in hacked accounts again, and I ask staff for fairness, understanding, and a chance to rebuild trust.

Dear zulu,

Hacked or not hacked doesnt mean he can run away with my accounts, We agreed on a timeframe off the payment and price. Also asked him to prove me he got email change requests witch he didnt showed asuming the accounts havent been recovered. I clear up about hes thoughs regarding my accounts he thinks 'they are all hacked' so basicly thinks i cant know if they are recovered or not, so thinks he got free accounts atm. Hes trieng to keep my accounts by saying i hacked them. We both agreed on the first deal i give accounts and he pays withing 48 hours witch he did. Second trade went wrong with an account so he assumes it got recovered. Its well known to receive a password change requests when its a legacy account and if jagex u receive the message ur account has been transfered or in worst case scenario u will get a pop up 'ur account has been disabled'. Nothing was seen on his email screenshot that he sended assuming for myself hes the one who made it an jagex account and trieng to make an excuses to run away with all my accounts "by saying they are hacked accounts'. Anyways i havent read the rules about hijacked accounts regarding safe account sales.

By the way @abch1 those are no threats to make an appeal to jagex to lock them, U must understand once an recovery appeal has been made there is a 50% chance off accounts getting locked so ill be in a loss, more then u the best thing is tho either pay me or refund the remaining accounts. My thoughs atm are that you sold the accounts and are waiting on ur clients to see if they ask for chargeback so he can blame it on me witch i would understand but the thing is we agreed on fast payments and if something happens i would cover the loss for him.

Regarding the 'steam account' that i had linked witch i dont deny, I told him in voice call before giving him the accounts to check linked accounts section and if there are any linked remove them. He clearly didnt do it on the 2277 main so after he kep saying he couldnt login i tried to check the steam and was able to only login and check account settings but couldnt change any information because there was already another email linked to the preference section and it wasnt a legacy anymore as u can see in the screenshot. This all makes it for me he personaly transfered it to jagex and is trieng to use this method to blame me and not refund/pay me.

1. I already paid you $700 for the accounts, and my intention was always to resolve this fairly.
I honored my part of the deal by paying you $700. I never refused to pay or scam you. My intention has always been to return your accounts if nothing happened within 30 days.

2. You are a hacker — and you admitted to recovering the accounts.
You showed me the recovery screen and openly admitted that you had access to the legacy accounts. This confirms that you never transferred full ownership to me.
Here’s the evidence from earlier in the report where you admitted to still having access: Proof 7.
This action alone proves that you never intended to honor the deal fairly. You kept recovery control and acted as if you were still the owner of the accounts.

3. Your actions suggest you intended to scam me, just like you’ve done with others.
I believe you were trying to scam me by manipulating the situation to keep the accounts. By recovering the accounts yourself and threatening to lock them, you’ve shown that you didn’t have any intention of following through with a fair resolution.
Your behavior in this entire deal — including the threats to lock all accounts if things didn’t go your way — indicates that you were trying to take advantage of the situation and act in bad faith, just as you’ve likely done with others.

U did honor the part of the first deal, the second deal has nothing to do with the first deal because u havent mentioned that u had any problems so ?

Didnt i tell u before selling those are crooked accounts ? I offered u if something happens with an account ill refund ur loss or ill give a new compared account ?
U also told me u would sell them fast and just wanted me to quarentee u that they will not be recovered within a month so u dont get problems with ur clients right?
I gave u on the first $700 deal 2 accounts and u havent told me u got any problems with those yet right? So for now those are good, the second deal witch u havent paid me yet u claimed one account has been recovered so why not return the remaining 3 accounts so we basicly cancel our second deal? the account ur complaining about was in our second deal so why arent u skipping that deal and refund me the accounts?

Its not that im scamming u its a risky deal we made on both side, The first 2 accounts u sold i assume ur clients havent dmed u with any problems yet right? so why are u keeping all other accounts witch is a seperate deal ?

 

I’m not going to adjudicate anything here as the accounts were hacked and both of you were fully aware of this.

Unfortunately when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. Both of you have been issued a 3 month ban and the DNTs will remain.
