85 ofc but its gonna take a long time the Dchain droprate is much lower then the Whip

 

Dust Devil = you can train 80 att str def to 99 and get 0 d chains. The rate is incredibly low.

 

I've personally killed over 30k dust devils legit on my old main and never got one d chain.

but then again.. the 85 slayer takes a hella lot longer than 65, but it's better.

 

Why not just get to 85 and then be able to kill them both?

 

Dust devils are good for training on, and the chain is a very rare drop.

85 slayer will be a hard task, but if you keep to it, you may get a lot of charms, and nice loot on the way.

 

Whips are a lot more common, 85 of course.

85, although don't get your hopes to high. I have a friend who gets about one whip drop a day spending the whole day there.

 

That's hard to believe... unless his day consists of a maximum of 2 hours of playing. :huh:

 

The drop rate of a whip is 1/512. If it takes 30 seconds to kill one, it'd be about 1 whip per 4 hours. "All day" was probably an exaggeration.

abby demons, i've gotten 12 whips and no do chains

 

Maybe you could use some other skill to gain a decent bank first, and then use your gp to powertrain slayer (as in, cannon, pots, prayers).

You'd get 85 much faster and you'd be able to make more money faster too, I guess.
