A Wrongful Ban - (Please Read All)

I posted this about 2 months ago and didn't recieve a response. I am back on sythe and runescape and was talking to my friend who I was buying the pin for and he said he still hasn't recovered the account.

He proved himself to be untrustworthy, myself? I just was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I have done each deal I've done on sythe before and after the banning honestly and I think I should be unbanned.

Lick posted the convorsation and if you read it I didn't scam in it. I was stalling to make sure my friend had security and in the long run my friend got scammed. I recieved my money back from paypal but was later banned.

Sorry for making another account but the link to make a dispute wasn't working for me. To refresh your memory my account The Babbster was banned for "Scamming."

I'd like to start off with saying I did not scam Lick.The.Clits, it was quite the oposite. First off on the 26th of March I bought a pin from him for 7.50$ USD through paypal. The deal was he would go first since I was trusted. He was willing so we did the trade. I recived the phone number and pin and tried to call my real life friend who I was buying the pin for. My friend didn't pick up and called me back an hour later. We tried using the pin on his account and it didn't work. At about 10 pm eastern time I went on paypal and sent him (Lick.The.Clit) a message saying the pin didn't work, I also told him the pin he gave me (He also said the pin did infact work, which was a total lie but I went along with it). He sent me a message back saying he owed me a pin. He gave me another pin and once again we tried it and it did not work. He asked if he could do it himself (I've done several pin trades and that pin was simply incorrect). I go on the account for safety since its a pure. He tells me the pin worked so I changed the password and log off. I told my friend to go on the account to check its status and the password was changed. Neither the first or second password worked. He was the only other person with access and naturally I suspected him. I still had the money for holding so I told him he would have to wait a bit for the money till my friend had access again. My friend informed me that the hacker also sent in a recovery apeal. So obviously this person was intent on holding the account for a while. Lick.The.Clits began cussing me out and getting really hostile so I began to think his intentions weren't right. Also the picture he showed me of the membership working had a totally different pin number on it. I told him if he was telling the truth then I would pay him the money when the membership was verified.

I posted this a few months ago after being banned obviously. I was banned from rs a day later, seeing it as a sign I gave up sythe and runescape and gave up trying to get unbanned from sythe. Last week I came on sythe just to see how things were looking and checked out the guy who got me banned falsly. Aparently he is now banned for scamming, his name was Lick.The.Clit and he did the same thing to someone else but this time got banned. My friend who I bought the pin for has still to recover the account that Lick stole, but since it was such a low level we gave up on week 2. I had many deals done on sythe that were in paypal. I did not take any of the money back and if you want proof I can probably find you one of the people I did business with. Please unbanned The Babbster I did not scam anyone.

Another thing to note: Lick lied when he said "hes now saying he got account back but wont give money" in his thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=387885&highlight=babbster. If I really did, wouldn't he have a msn convo of it?

You may ask why I want The Babbster back. Its because I believe I built up a good reputation and I want to keep it.

In my report on him (above) I explain how he scammed me and exactly what I was doing.

I'll summarize,
I bought a pin from Lick.the.clits, he went first and I paid him with paypal. I called my friend and told him I had a members pin for him. I tried to put the pin on for him and I did not work. (really I went first because I took a risk on it being fake) I then opened a paypal dispute and messaged him the pin didn't work. He came on msn and gave me another. It also did not work. He asked to activate it himself so I let him on the account (which had recovs). He sent me a picture saying the pin did work. But the picture had a different pin number on it. Then I asked him about that and he started yelling saying I was scamming. I tried to calm him but he was set in his mind that I was scamming. Then he calmed down and said he didn't accept the pin in the picture. Because I had checked the account.
I asked him to accept then I'd take down the paypal dispute. Then he said he accepted and sent me another fake picture. Then I tried to go on the account and the pass was changed. I told my friend to recover and instead of choosing "I forgot Pass" he chose "Someone has stolen" so when he recovered the recovery questions were taken off. Lick then did the change pass trick. If you not familiar with it, its where your still logged into the account on the site and in the change pass section. So when someone changed the pass you can quickly change it back. We lost the account since we didn't have much info on it. Lick actually refunded my money (idk why) and then he reported me. I was banned and my report on Lick was not answered. Later lick was banned for scamming a different person for 2 pins.

Note: On his report on me there is a convo, if you take the time to read it I think you'd find I was stalling because I didn't know if Lick stole the account. Also I lost connection a few times so he thought I was ditching him. I have pictures in my report and so does he, please view them.
