We should have the user verified, not section. IMO it won't be too much work because TONS of scammers are on the board and they won't be getting verified for obvious reasons.

 

But you can't really "press charges" over game items- you can only do that with actual money, plus, as had been said before, it would be a very hard system to maintain.

 

Imo phone verification wouldnt hurt , you pay 5$ or so to sythe's paypal , then they are calling you to your LANDLINE(only landline) and checking if it matches your address and area code zone etc... by additional you can fax them or just send them e-mail ID scan.

 

Well I guess all in all this would be an ok idea but many users who are trusted are below 18 and use this blackmarket because there parents won't let them sell things or buy membership. Just saying.

Nobody would have enough information to take out a credit card in your name or anything. You'd need a lot more than a landline phone and address.

They can call the number ever so often to make sure it's correct. And even if it was, then the person that let them use their address would need to pay.

Well, really, since you can't scam GP reallly, you'd mainly be scamming accounts. Well actually, if you buy an account with real money and they scam you, you can ask for it back. And if you sell it, you can still request the money back because you actually sold it. For the money and the person took it back illegally.

I understood it, but that's why I said if needed. But it would help it abit. If they're lower than 18, that'd be better TBH. Because if they scam, all they have to do is call they're parents and they'd most likely pay it back.
