    A user on my IP Adress (hacked)
    I got hacked, and now that I wanted to create a new account - well obv, since I got hacked.

    I couldnt, so I wonder what to do??

    If you got hacked, you should post in the Account Recovery subsection of Disputes. If you post and include your username and all relevant information required in the stickies, you should be able to recovery your account successfully rather than make a new one.
