Who cares? You can't fucking demand someone to change their last name.

I know a guy with the last name Dick, should he have to change it because some infant goes and says 'eww it has one meaning and that's it, and I shouldn't interpret it as a last name but instead as a bad word?'

You obviously don't understand why I posted this thread, I did it just because I thought it was a humorous coincidence that a Jagex Mod would have a name such as this. Also, I don't really think he needs to change his name, I actually think it's quite funny. No need to go all ape shit.
