At first I speculated to believe that this was fastlife (a user who was banned before, and only dealt with RSPS GP) due to the fact the Skype name was live:fastlife-sythe, which I found odd along with the fact they shared similar market interests, but it could just be a coincidence.

After investigating it more it seems that he's linked with the serial ban evader @manolo who only dealt with Elkoy. He comes back on VPN's a lot, and this guy does the same, and has an exact birthday match (November 14th, 1999). Also he states he's not interested in resellers like he always does because he's trying to scam newcomers (like usual). This is another throwaway account he made from the looks of it, but I'll leave all the previous reports below as additional references that may help here.
