It sounds like you are only in the progressive stage and could advance.
Also legitnamesco (sorry if mispelled) is right.

No problem man. A long time ago I used to always do these stupid rituals like aligning objects and I didn't know why. But I lost sleep over it so I did some research. I found that it was a condition called OCD, I told my parents and they sent me to the doctor. The doctor basically told me it wasn't that serious and to gtfo and fix it myself lol. So I went home and did exactly what he said and now it doesn't bother me anymore. I still perform some of my rituals when I get tired but it in no way interferes with my life.

I don't know how I could possibly fix this though. I can't calm myself down or stop worrying. It's a constant fealing that doesn't go away.

Try looking up statistics. Like for when you said you thought a car driving by would be a drive by, look at how often drive by's happen. Also, try to exercise more to release that tension you have. But I just read here that to be diagnosed with GAD you have to be having the symptoms for more than 6 months, so if this just started then there is a high chance that it might just go away in a couple of months, but if not then go to the doctor.

When you learn to talk I might take your opinion into consideration. I would recommend reading or maybe going to school.

I have been fealing this way for about four to five years, I'm going to do more research as you suggested, thanks.

It looks like you won't be getting too many serious answers here. Your best option is to go see a doctor as your disorder seems quite serious and prevents you from living a normal life. Also, talk with your doctor and investigate whether there is anyway you can overcome your disorder without taking drugs. Drugs should always be a last resort option.

Edit: Actually, i've just a done some quick research. It seems you might benefit from talking to a therapist.

Also, as for the person whose doctor told them "gtfo and fix it yourself", get a new doctor. He/she sounds like an insensitive prick...

I suppose a person suffering from an advanced case will suffer nearly almost all the symptoms of GAD. On a daily basis, how often do you feel dread and anxiety?

I am no doctor but i have to say dude, it seems like you have the advanced case. I don't want to panic you but i think you need to see a therapist/psychiatrist. They will help you to understand and cope with your disorder and hopefully in time, control it.
