A quick PayPal Question

Alright, I am under 18 so putting a credit card bank account or debit card are out of the option for me. I have heard making a Canadian account is the best bet because unverified accounts have less limits on them. My question is that if you had a brand new PP account, just been made no CC or Bank added, and say you did a service for someone could you receive the money on that account. Then with the money you have recieved for other things could you send that money to other people.

An example is, I do a service for someone on RS, could they pay me on PP, then I want a service done, could I pay the person with the money I had gotten for the previous service.

Quick Summary: Can I send and receive money on a PayPal account without any info attached to it.



Also, if you don't know the answer and are quite kind, maybe me and you could conduct this experiment, you sending me the minimum payment (not shure what it is) and then I will try and send it back to you. Hopefully the payment is low because I don't want to take someones money...

I believe you need to supply sufficient information to be able to even start the Paypal.

But other then that, yeah I believe it's do-able.

 

well Ive made an account no problem, now to see if its doable I need someone to try it with me any volunteers? Im shure I could get you some sort of vouch or something.

 

It wont work on a USA paypal account, as they need verification before funds will come through, although an Australian Paypal account lets you send/recieve funds without verification, only downside is they take a fee out of the recieved money which hey, is better than not using paypal at all!

Will canadien work aswell, if you read my first post I said that I had previously heard canadien wasthe best, is it? And if you want add my msn cause I have a few questions. Also you can just recive money from other users and then use that money to send to other people just like that?

 

You can send and recieve money on a non-verified PayPal account. I do it.
