"what is the meaning of life"

in my opinion our meaning is to keep living and explore the endless possiblitys such as is there other life other than us or are we the only ones are we to survive and evolve into more advanced race?

The meaning of life is to make the world a better place for others.

 

I've never asked myself that question. Never wanted to waste my time chasing an unreality that shall never cease to exist.

You're every action determines your meaning of life. Let it be helping others, such as being a doctor. Others may call it a destiny, but it can change every second. I'm going to stand up, doesn't mean it was my destiny.

I was taught that the scientific explanation of the "Meaning of life" was to reproduce. If you cannot fulfill this, you do not have one.

But who knows...

 

When i was on the toilet one day i started thinking about the meaning of life. I thaught it could just be to die. But yet i also thaught that it is to bring new life to the earth. There was also the possibility that it is to fall in love. But when you really think about it, the meaning of life can be so many things that it is impossible to decide.

 

In my opinion, the meaning of life is whatever you want it to be. There might be something like destiny, but no matter what you can control it. Let's say you're meant to win the lottery, and you did. That could've easily not have happened because on the way home, maybe you decide you don't want gas at the place that has it for 2.49, when you can get it across the street for 2.48. The cheaper place is on your right, therefore easier to get to, but the place on the left has lotto tickets. So you decide to spend the extra money to go to the place where you might win a lot of money by buying a lotto ticket. There are so many things in your life that you can change every second to make the next minute different than it could've been. If there really is thing called destiny, then it is constantly changing, different from what is was before, but still set in stone because the future knows what has already happened, but what hasn't happened yet. Does this make sense? If you can't tell, I really like talking about this stuff.

Many people have seperate definitions of "the meaning of life". Some gets the most out of it, some are cynical and believes it's to reproduce, some believe life is just a test, and that we'll end up in Heaven or Hell.

I believe we're just insignificant bio-organisms, who developed an intelligence far superior to the other species on this planet, and that there really isn't any meaning of life, we just live it.

 

I like Sly St0nes thaught of the meaning of life. It is what you want it to be.

 

The meaning of life is basically... A world with evens.. Like.. You equally have fun but equally get fucked up on the other hand... Like.. Woot 99 str pl0x .. then.. omg 60 math grade average! lol... idk.. I guess life is just ment to be the way you want it.

I believe that the meaning of life is to pass on your genetic material to your offspring and have as much fun as possible in doing it.

Yep pretty much, just live it, don't ask a question that cannot be answered. It will only ever be answered when you die, or outside intervention which you cannot affect anyway.

It depends upon who you are...For instance, I'm religious, and I believe the meaning of life is to live as best you can, and be the best person you can throughout life.(That doesn't mean it's going to be perfect!) And yes, I do partly believe it is to pass on your family name by having children, but then that integrates with the purpose of life,because you teach them what you believe.
