A question on buying account upgrades!

Hello guys, I need someone to tell me how I can buy multiple account upgrades, and know if they work so I can resell them. I have no idea how you can buy multiple ones, check them if they are real, then resell them. I am looking to find this out so I can start my own business on here. I'm talking about game cards, how would I buy multiple ones, and then resell them to make profit. I see a lot of people doing that, but I have no idea how they do it.

 

You would buy the gamecards at a local shop, examples are on the RuneScape homepage, and then you would just add the pin on the back to the buyer's account for them. However, if you're talking about buying the pins from other members and then reselling, then that's illegal mate.

It's like $8.00 at a gamestop. I would have to sell each one for like 16m to make any money what so ever.
