Easy answer, talk to someone with a higher rank than a teacher.

Go to the principal of the school, and make ur story to him/her. She or he will most likely react tougher than ur teachers who just ignore it.
Just act serious when u talk to the principal and tell the principal u mean it it's not just somethign avarage.
He or she will probably give that kid a good warning.

Don't worry about the fact that " principals " have beter things to do,
just tell him the teachers won't do anything about it and that the kid won't leave u alone.
Also the principal will keep this between u 3 only. So don't worry about other kids finding this out.

Go to the principal and say that your teachers aren't taking it seriously and that you've tried them multiple times. Your principle will most likely take it in her/his own hands because it reflects bad on his/her school.

I agree with mostly everyones reactions here, ignore him - if it doesn't seem to work after a few days, talk to a principal (for non-violence.) If he comes up to you next day talking smack, choke slam the fool. (If you get a in trouble, your excuse could be that he was the one that intimidated you first, I'm sure you can figure something out.) Best of luck.

Well if you guys were besties, and now you are not, maybe he decided to put an end to the friendship, assuming this as you seem to be the angry man here. You call him an homosexual, maybe you're just jealous of him, which you shouldn't be. Been Ignoring him lately, He is trying to get in a relationship with girls (been rejected like 20+ times by multiple people) I believe he trying to "Get in there pants" If you know what I mean by that.

I said stuff to him in comebacks to piss him off when he talks shit about me...

You weren't very clear, is this person bullying you as such? Meaning, does he make it his goal to taunt, tease and harass you in school? Or is it more so an issue between you two, that when you do end up engaging in a conversation it's sour?
