The above rules are great and I think they should stay, however, I've seen a lot of threads lately requesting fire capes (which is fine) but they are responded to by Jan2010/Feb2010 members with little to no recognized experience. Even if the rules don't change, I would suggest linking your thread or picture to fire cape requests (which most of the experienced capers do already).

To people requesting capes, you can always go through with these new members, but please seek proof of a completed fire cape picture before handing over your account information, I'm sure most of you don't need to be told that though .

I would support this, but its their own fault they allow them to do without looking in the sh*tloads of threads we have here.
