• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There technically hasn't been a victim for this DNT, although I've tried contacting the person that I got scammed for, he hasn't replied.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I've been banned for "scamming" on another account, which kind of is both of the party's fault, however I am the one to blame.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was banned on another account after the name "ankiz" for "scamming", the other player refunded money and so I recovered the account although it was already banned for botting. I guess that's my own fault. Me being stupid and not reading the rules properly of sythe I've created different account to try to continue to sell accounts/gold etc. I am really sorry for doing what I've done. If I've done any kind of a damage or a loss to the other party I'll be happy to pay him back, if he gets in contact with me or any of the sythe administration.

• Why did he refund the money? Or did he charge it back? And if so, why did you recover it instead of reporting him for scamming? Do you have any proof that confirm what you're claiming here? I guess he refunded his money after he got the account banned, so without thinking I recovered that account. I haven't really got any proof, it was quite a while ago. Maybe the other party has any proof to back up.

Your scam victim is actually pardoning himself aswell, so I assume he's not completely off the grid. How did you try contacting him? What would you like to discuss by contacting him?

Why did he refund the money? Or did he charge it back? And if so, why did you recover it instead of reporting him for scamming? Do you have any proof that confirm what you're claiming here?

I've tried adding him back on skype however he hasn't responded, I'm starting to think that he might have blocked me. I'd like to know if I owe him anything since from my point of view he hasn't lost anything.

My best guess is that he got the account banned faster than he expected it to be banned. After I saw that the money was refunded without thinking I instantly tried to recover my account , my fault I did about 3 recovery attempts in under 24 hours. It has been a long time since this incident had happened, I don't think that I have any proof of what I am saying is correct. I might be able to find the transaction that he recovered that's about it.

 

Get me proof of him charging back the amount paid for the account otherwise you still must refund him for recovering the account. Besides that, you claim he charged back the money earlier than you recovered the account - please get us proof of that aswell. The incident happened a year ago so it shouldn't be too hard to remember anything from that. Which skype of his are you trying to add?

His skype seems to be correct. Can you get us proof of what exactly happened in the Resolution Center to it? Because that does not proof who has won the dispute; him or you.

I've lost access to the paypal account, currently trying to contect paypal to help me out. However I found that in my report the victim himself confirmed of him successfully claiming the money back if that helps.
