Who reviewed his application? The conversion rate is wrong on the biggest / most important trade.
Handling 1113M and some junk from a private server is hard to make an exception for in my opinion. In fact the trade was broken into two intervals so it seems like two different trades. >.<

The trade he middlemanned occurred on February 3, while the update to the conversion rate happened on February 25.

You have to update trades to the correct conversions if your application hasn't been submitted. That's the point lol. From a quick view it seems as if most of the other trades were updated.

I'm not disagreeing with any of your other points, just saying that what you just said makes absolutely no sense. The point of having the trade is to prove you handled/can be trusted with X amount of gold, so if 1000m was $500 at the time, you still handled $500 at the time whether 1000m is now worth $500 or $5.
