A new logo for a new brand!

I've spend the last few hours rebranding my graphics company.

This comes with a logo



What are your opinions?​

 

Quite nice, especialy the line but i think the "optical" font could be a bit better

 

Cheers! Any font in particular you would like it to be changed to?

I think it looks good I like the how the text is "glowing" and the blue light in the middle adds to that effect The blue "streak" going through gives it a nice effect too. i would add your name somewhere though so people know who made it and who's company it is

I wouldn't really call it a logo. Just looks like a letterhead to me. Don't get me wrong though, it does look nice.

Yeah, as Giv said it isn't really a logo. It is a banner. Logos have the ability to be resized but still retain the likeness of the image and are usually some combination of image and text that gives the viewer an emotional attachment to a brand. This is a header/banner, and not really a logo.

That new one looks I like the fact it really stands out However it needs some light (as in gentle) erasing just above the eye where the purple is.

 

I dont know, but i like Optimus princeps

 

Did you draw that or did you just cut it out? It kind of looks like you just cut it out of a stock image.

 

I did cut it out, it was just a visual example of what I was going to do >.<

To be fair, I would have added an opaque background if I was going to copy it!
