    Why isn't the user: Villaan banned as yet?

    He was supposed to be banned already but isnt.


    He PM'd me earlier today asking if I wanted to rent his account for staking. I was going to accept but quickly looked in the RAS section and saw a scam report filed out against him and also saw that he was to be banned, so I immediately blocked him.
