A little BH RWT help plz?

I need to get about 30-55m worth of stuff from a lvl 113 to a lvl 72. I don't think I can use BH because the combat levels are too far apart. Both accounts are members..... Would it be worth the time to get the 72 to 95 so I can use the BH method?
Can anyone offer a few words of advice? :S

 

Good luck is about all I can give you. Dont know of any easy ways to trade down mills. If your lvl 72 is not a pure just go for high crater in it
