a how to forum

there should be a "how to..." forum. i am having a lot of difficulty trying to find out how to vouch some one. please tell me how.

Ask them for their vouch page and post it there.

 

To vouch, go to their vouch thread and tell them what you thought of their service.

No support, asking is a lot easier and quicker plus there's such a thing as the "Guide's" section.

showing me that there is a guide section isn't what i was talking about. there should be a section telling useful info on how to like for example upload photos, vouch someone, stuff like that.

Not sure why you'd have a section like that. Most of that stuff is just basic forum'ing.

Also, if you would look up and down once or twice on the main page you'd see "Vouches Forum". Then you read the sticky there and you're good to go.
No reason to make a whole new section over it, it's common sense.

It appears that newcomers are pretty lost.
Rather than attending this individuals doubts, what could we do so that the hundreds of other newcomers don't get confused at sythe.
I do not know if a how to forum would be practical, but something telling new users where to go for help, where to go if they have been scammed, what a vouch is, and stuff like that should exist and should have a lot of visibility and attract newcomers.
